By creating an account or using Zugyoniam, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and the Child Safety Standards.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to your use of the service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

User-Generated Content

You remain responsible for content you create or upload. You may not use Zugyoniam for illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative, or unsafe content or conduct.

Child Safety

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion involving minors, sexual solicitation of minors, and other conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children are strictly prohibited. See our Child Safety Standards.

Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Users can report posts and users and can block users. Zugyoniam may investigate reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts. Serious child-safety or other unlawful content may be escalated to relevant authorities where required by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and delete data.

Account Deletion

Users may request deletion through account settings or the public Delete Account page. Some limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.

Service Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development.

Enforcement

Violation of these Terms or related policies may result in content removal, warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination.
