Delete Your Zugyoniam Account and Personal Data

Zugyoniam users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete Your Account From Zugyoniam

If you can access your account, sign in and use the account deletion option available in your account settings. Follow the on-screen verification steps to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

Request Deletion Without the Android App

You do not need the Android app installed. Open zugyonim.com in a browser and use the account deletion option. If you cannot access the account, contact Zugyoniam through the website contact page, clearly state Account Deletion, and provide the username or email address associated with the account.

Never send your password.

What Is Deleted

After a verified deletion request is completed, Zugyoniam deletes or anonymizes account information and associated personal data where appropriate. This may include profile information, account identifiers, posts, uploaded media, comments, preferences, social connections, and push-notification identifiers.

Messages and Shared Interactions

Some information that forms part of another user's conversation or interaction may need to be retained in a de-identified or limited form to preserve system integrity, protect other users, or meet legal obligations.

Information We May Retain

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or temporary backups. Retained information will not be used to continue operating the deleted account.

Backups

Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten according to the normal backup cycle.

Uninstalling Does Not Delete the Account

Uninstalling Zugyoniam from Android does not delete your Zugyoniam account. You must use the deletion process described above.
