Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zugyoniam ("Zugyoniam", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information when you use zugyonim.com, the Zugyoniam Android application, and related services.
1. Information You Provide
Depending on the features you use, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, username or user ID, profile information, profile photo, contact details, account preferences, posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, files, and other user-generated content.
2. Account and Authentication Information
We process information required to create, authenticate, secure, and manage your account. This may include internal account identifiers, login information, session information, and security events.
3. User-Generated Content and Social Activity
Zugyoniam is a social networking service. We may process posts, comments, reactions, likes, follows, reports, blocks, messages, uploaded media, and other interactions necessary to provide the service, moderate content, prevent abuse, and enforce our policies.
4. Location Information
Some features may request access to approximate or precise location. Location access is optional unless a feature specifically requires it, and Android asks for permission before access is granted. You can revoke location access in Android settings. If a location-enabled feature sends location to Zugyoniam, the information may be processed to provide that feature, personalize location-dependent functionality, or protect the service against abuse.
5. Photos, Videos, Camera, Microphone, and Files
When you intentionally use upload, camera, audio, video, or file features, the app may access content you select or create. These permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant feature. Zugyoniam does not use these permissions for secret background recording.
6. Technical Information, App Activity, and Device Identifiers
We and our service providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, browser/WebView information, Firebase installation identifiers, push subscription identifiers, session information, notification interactions, and other app interactions needed for app functionality, analytics, security, and push notifications.
7. Firebase
The Android app uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Cloud Messaging. Firebase may process app version, Firebase installation identifiers, device/app metadata, and related technical information required to provide messaging and infrastructure services. Firebase encrypts supported data in transit.
8. OneSignal
Zugyoniam uses OneSignal for push notifications. OneSignal may process push subscription information and app interaction information such as sessions and notification interactions. We use this information for app functionality, analytics, and developer communications such as push notifications. If additional OneSignal features are enabled in the future, this policy and our Google Play disclosures will be updated as required.
9. Cookies, Sessions, and Local Storage
The website and WebView may use cookies, sessions, and local storage for authentication, security, preferences, functionality, fraud prevention, and performance. Disabling essential storage may prevent some features from working correctly.

11. Data Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We may transfer information to service providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting, infrastructure, Firebase, and OneSignal. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, to investigate abuse, or to comply with a valid legal process.
12. Child Safety and Abuse Reports
Zugyoniam has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We may preserve and disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities or legally designated reporting organizations when required by applicable law. See our Child Safety Standards and Community Guidelines for more information.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. The Android app is configured to use encrypted HTTPS connections for Zugyoniam services. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
14. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with law. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized where appropriate, except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, security, or backup purposes.
15. Your Choices
You can manage many profile details, privacy settings, notification permissions, location permissions, and other Android permissions. You may request deletion of your account and associated data using the in-app account settings or our public Delete Account page.
16. Account Deletion
Deleting the Android app does not delete your Zugyoniam account. To delete your account, use the account deletion option in Zugyoniam or visit /static/delete_account.
17. Children
Users must meet the minimum age requirements stated by the service and applicable law. Zugyoniam does not permit content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
18. Changes
We may update this policy when our services, technologies, legal obligations, or Google Play requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
19. Contact
For privacy questions, data requests, or safety concerns, use the Zugyoniam contact page. For child-safety matters, clearly identify your message as a Child Safety concern so it can be prioritized.
