Child Safety Standards

Zugyoniam has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users, content, communications, and features on Zugyoniam.

Prohibited Child-Safety Conduct

Users must not create, upload, distribute, request, solicit, promote, facilitate, or knowingly possess content or conduct involving:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, synthetic, or computer-generated sexual depictions of minors where prohibited by law.
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Grooming a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion, coercion, or threats involving a minor.
• Sex trafficking or attempted trafficking of a minor.
• Sexual solicitation of minors.
• Sexualization of minors or content intended to facilitate child exploitation.
• Attempts to move a child-safety violation to another service or offline environment.

Reporting in Zugyoniam

Users can report suspected violations using Report Post and Report User. Users can also block other users. Reports are made available to administrators or moderators for review.

Our Response to CSAM and CSAE

When Zugyoniam obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we may immediately remove or restrict the content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where permitted or required, and take other measures necessary to protect users.

Reporting to Authorities

Zugyoniam maintains a process to comply with applicable child-safety laws. Confirmed or apparent CSAM may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) when applicable, or to the relevant regional or national authority as required by law.

Urgent Danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law-enforcement authorities immediately. The in-app reporting tools are not a replacement for emergency services.

Child Safety Point of Contact

For child-safety concerns, contact Zugyoniam through the website contact page and clearly mark the message Child Safety / CSAE. Zugyoniam also maintains a designated Child Safety Point of Contact for communications from Google Play and relevant authorities.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, permanent account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to authorities where appropriate or legally required.
